Oh please we can't control weather so I'll give you an example.Ok so there is a big blizzard coming and we can stop it?So you do what the people (Scientists) say to do.Then the blizzard still comes. Now do you really think it is possible?

I said that we had very little control, it is warmer in cites then just out side of them.
